You know, One mess-up is o.k. It's when one mess up turns into 50 that it needs to change. Changing my eating habbits brought me to tears many times because it was so frustrating but I used to be over 200 pounds and now I have a 30 inch waist. It took a few years to get that way though but when you get there it is worth it. Good luck ;0)

i like the new layout, its cheery!
but it's a little "jumpy" you know what i mean like when you try to click on something the mouse jumps .
and dont worry about the gain, chinese food= water bloat. it will be gone tomorrow im sure!!!
