I read your diary all the time, it's one of my favorites. Sometimes I'm lazy about commenting, but I do understand that it's nice to get encouraging words. It's funny, I feel the same way you do, even though I've lost a little weight, I almost feel more fucking fat and disgusting because I realize how much of a behemoth I was. You're really doing a good job v-gurl, as long as the scale goes down and not up, you know you're on your way to goal. Good luck, I'll be reading.

Cheer up, doll. I read your site every day. I don't always leave a message because I get bogged down, but I'm always out here for ya. Plus, I understand how you feel about the goals and happiness because I've been feeling them a lot more lately (hence the sporadic updates on my site). *Sigh.* We're all going through a rough time right now. i know how you feel, about all the things you said
i havent been getting nearly as many hits lately and no one signs my guestbook except carrie (bless her heart) and a friend from the outside world, i think its just this time of year, because you are as entertaining as ever :)
but the other stuff, i feel it too. like even when im not fat anymore, ill still be weird looking and it might be worse because then i wont have the fat to blame it on. does that make sense? Anyhow, congrats on getting under um...sorry i forget what kilos mean!!! but whatever it is that makes you so happy :) i meant to say that yesterday, but its finals and im out of my mind

You're doing so well. Every time I check your page, you've lost more weight! Keep up the good work. Exercise? It depends on your fitness level. You seem pretty fit from what you've mentioned you are already doing. I would say 30-40 minutes of cardio 3-5 times a week and 15-20 minutes of light weight-lifting 2-3 times a week. You should see increased muscle tone and decreased fat tone in no time.

Hi. I've heard that exercise for 30 minutes three or four times a week is enough to burn fat. Rotate your exercise routine every two months or your body will get use to the work you do. Hope this helped :o)
