hey buck up. you're doing great...everyone has their moments...two pounds is NOTHING compared to what you've lost so far. get back on track and dont beat yourself up...and dont vomit...would just confuse your body further...you can do this.

first of all, everyone thuds on the treadmill...when you are jogging next to someone, it feels good to slide into rhythm with them...if you are that worried, tho...bring a walkman or something. the key is to work one of their programs and set your minimum and maximum speeds so that it will gradually increase your speed...if you are shorter, i would say a good 4.5 would be a nice loping jog...and if you felt like you were going too slow you could always nudge up the speed a little...sounds like you might be trying to run too fast at first...just play with the speed levels until you are comfortable and not freaking out trying to hold on and keep up...

Your entry today made me laugh. I just started working out at the gym last month and I'm not up to running either. I hate being between two joggers.....especially skinny ones. They're probably laughing at the old fat lady in between them. I'm hoping to work up to it, let me know how it goes for you. :-)

Good move about the E.Lauder. The reason older people use it is b.c. the shit IS good! I am a makeup artist for Lauder (& have been for 2 years...I am 24 now) & I wouldn't switch back to anything. In fact, the people that work in other cosmetic counters where I work...Lancome, Clinique, etc. all use us too. I'm just weird about where I work. Sorry. xoxox

Hiya!! Thanks for commenting on my page about the clothes and for complimenting my style =) It's so hard to HAVE style when there's only like, 2 stores that I can ever shop at. I can't wait to be able to wear 'normal' sizes and then REALLY put together a style!
Good luck in buying pants, I would suggest Old Navy for THAT, too, because they have lots of dressy pants and they go up to size 20 and since you're like a 14 you'd have plenty of leeway to get stuff that fits just right, or rather, a little snug, so that you can grow into them (in a downwards way, lol) =) Good luck!! =)
